Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Thank you. YOUR financial support has made it possible for the Maryland Bible Society to accomplish all we have done this year, and your continued help will enable us to carry it forward.

“How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard?...”(Rom. 10:14)

Transforming lives through His Word – so much more than the simple act of handing someone a Bible, yet something that cannot be accomplished without having that Bible.

Simply put, that is the twofold mission of your Maryland Bible Society. We help get Bibles into people’s hands, then we labor to help them engage, learn, and become transformed.

MBS is active right here in our home state… among many others, we partner with and support –

• the Fellowship of Christian Athletes

• Youth for Christ

• the Center for Pregnancy Concerns

• Child Evangelism Fellowship

• the recently completed One Hope Conference in downtown Baltimore

• and multiple churches and denominations,

And we’re active as far away as Mombasa, Kenya – a sister city to which we’ve just sent our THIRD transatlantic shipping container filled with Bibles and study tools.

We provide Bibles to inmates in prisons, to teens at statewide and national gatherings in Maryland, and to business leaders at local conferences. We introduce men, women, and kids to practical Bible study tools and methods with our Simple Starts program.

And your support is that part of God’s plan that fuels this work.

But… to continue to do all these things, and more, we need your help. Please give prayerful consideration to making a year-end donation to your Maryland Bible Society.

As we join together to celebrate this most blessed season, we pray that God will grant to you and yours His blessing.

Thank you,
David Moyer
